Desire

The last trial gone haywire
thinking about the past was this I desired
working on my future its now or never
so low is my present , I cry for heaven
thinking is a curse but were my actions that worse
trying to re-live what I had in my dreams
One chance and I would not laugh
One goal to meet the destination i aspire
Oh! what a wonderful world where do I fit in
what a life i live in
making thing complicated was not what I want
is this my fault that how complex I am
heaven came down and mountains did fall
its just the ocean that rose this time
I will rise and will not stop
will shield my mettle with qualities I found
will make my world on my own terms now
will fight back so hard and not let this past very own sight
for this is my guidance and this is my drive
and I have been travelling since victory and would never breakdown.

Tug of War

It has been long since my last writing. I wanted to write something that touched my soul and was searching for an answer how to pass a message in an encrypted form which is well received by the target audience. In case you are flabbergasted by my choice of topic then, you are thinking of dictionary meaning of the game and not the reality of the game in your day to day life. I anticipate you all have been in a situation where you had too opposing minds to please at the same time. I have defined the same situation this time.
Story of a Rope
The rope is as important in the game as the two opposing parties involved in the game. It was the coconut trees whose leaves were once collected by the workers in early morning to earn a living. I have witnessed with my own eyes how, the women wakes up early and wander on the streets of Chennai to collect what would be dried, beaten up and cut into thin pieces before entangling into one another to form a rope. The rope which was extracted from the leaves (its creator) has a completely different role to play in our lives like the role of an anchor or bondage between two objects. The leaves or the tree from which it was generated had a role to give life, shelter and food to us and but its fruit "the rope" now would provide a bondage to the objects that are to be tied to stay in accord. In other words it brings two objects together. If you look closely in real life parents provide a life and body but this is different from role of a child who bonds them together and others throughout his journey with his parents.
This rope apart from all the positives it had; caught attention of mankind in a rather contrasting way to its true nature and they started using as an object to show their dominance and their strength over others. Caught between their acts was a poor rope.
Someone is a looser but no one breaks down
Tug of war is a funny game. It involves two parties with almost equal strength trying to pull each other through a rope (the third party) to make each other cross a centre line. This game was once an inclusion in Olympics between 1900 and 1920 but soon was scrapped from it. Each of the two opposing sides is headstrong and all they care about is winning at any cost. The poor rope feels the tension from both the sides remain strong for a reasonable period of time but sometimes when it fails to take any further stress breaks down. The same happened in mid 1990's during a Tug of war competition in a small town in Germany where 650 scouts were participating and the rope broke within 30 seconds of the start leaving 2 dead and many injured. Obviously, when the anchor will break between opposing forces just imagine how far the two bodies be thrown away and the rope too being damaged beyond repair. Even a student would be able to tell you that the tension caused within the rope when pulled beyond its threshold makes it unusable for future. Then the two parties can always repent on not being on the winning side but what they fail to learn is someone was broken beyond repair during their tussle.
Conclusion
There were talks revolving on possible inclusion of the game in near future again in Olympics. But as I end my blog I wish the organising committee makes sure that the rope can withstand more tension than that applied during competition.
I would say that Tug of War is not the ultimate solution for the test of strength. It’s closer to being at war than having a constructive debate. If one needs to test their strength and importance over other there are more creative ways of doing that than simply creating tension within the rope.
A bond should always be treated with care and respect it’s not a way to find out dominance over other but a connection between them. Too much tussle has always ruptured it.

Just a thought

It all started by Watergates and soon a new way was devised to keep making money. The new way is the corporate, political clout over the denizens. These corporate or dealers strike the cord with the govt. of the countries and provide them more and more access to countries resources at higher price to their own citizen and in return share cut with those who help them “The Government” and thus making sure that their work is not hindered.
How do the government make money to deal with corporate of other countries and government?  Tax collections. But, what they missed this time is that you can fool few person most of the time but not all people all the time.
If you dig deep into the various deals between countries and countries, corporate - countries or countries-corporate-countries, you would find the common mechanism government lobbying on behalf of countries, multi million dollar deals and no effective result. The only result we find is people involved in these deals make a handsome cut for them. Since, this money is concealed routed through tax heaven to Swiss banks. The implications of these are as simple on can get.
1. Inflation shooting up.
2. Increased tax.
3. Low saving and more debt.
4. Low wages for government employees.
5. Increased corruption at lower level.
6. High level of stress and frustration.
7. Increased Unrest in the society.
Though, the British left once the World War II left their country in ruins. They had looted the countries and slowly and slowly withdrew their clout from the countries. The Independence of India not just opened a new era to us. But also to the power hungry people and that was "Divide and Rule". They gave us something that was necessary for them to survive.
 1. Divide the affluent class from ambitious class by what was called the "Licence Raj"
 2. Divide the low class into different caste so that, they remain cobwebbed in smaller issues.
 3. Divide the various clauses in constitution to accommodate the political will and use the same against those who raise their voice.
If you see in any case where a broker is involved prices are bound to go up of any deal and not only that the looser is from whom money has been extracted. The broker keeps a cut from both the parties and thus inflating the price. You will notice that at most of the places government acts a mediator between dealer and what is to be dealt with. Weather its a highway contract in which the state government is the mediator between the contractors. The bid goes to those who shower riches on the mediator. This has been a common nexus when it comes to different countries where the govt. lobbies for corporate though policy mechanism and in turn benefit from them.
The loot from people through corporate deals and money is not that discernible. The process though gradual ensures that those who rule are benefited at last.

Dirty Economics

The word dirty is commonly used for nasty and the nasty game that has been played by the Governments and the corporate houses our economic life is getting dirty day by day.
DNA of Selfishness
It has been ages since we started bartering (Refer DNA of Selfishness) but it wasn't enough for those who found a more easy way "BORROWING" and look where we have come. I am referring to the recent Domino effect that is cause by USA "The ONE" due to heavy debt that it owes to many countries and sister IMF and shamelessly raising the ceiling when it should have floored its Military spending years back. But nonetheless who has pointed finger at the GOD in public. I was reading an article on how Greece’s economy is turning into a mythology after trying the same within a year. Paul Ryan rightly says that "Borrowing and spending is not the way to prosperity". Rightly so, how can a country keep on borrowing the money and with the GDP growth that they have still finds themselves in the debt this implicates their excess spending and I am also not astonished to see IMF second their deeds now and then. There is a wise quote by George Bernard Shaw that “A government that robs Peter to pay Paul can always depend on the support of Paul”.
The story about mother visiting his son
I had a great impact on a story I came across during my schooldays in which a mother fills with pride to see her son afford a house, car, TV and maintains a lifestyle that she always dreamt of during her visit in summer. She is shocked to see in the next visit her son's condition turned upside down and finds out that it was all due to his incapability to pay back the loan he had owed to banks. This story still holds good to not only the people but also the countries. Today, even the newborn kids find themselves in debt for no good reason due to heavy borrowing by the countries to keep up with the word “development”.
If you dig deep into the market you would find that not only has the credit cards but also the banks played a role in distorting the balanced economy that it was and people unknowingly started affording the lifestyle they never had and found themselves on roads after their house of wax catches fire.
What can change and what not
With the way economy is going, I think the only way to maintain a balance is to limit our spending and clearly differentiate between our needs and desire. If we; at our level, can realize the importance of this truth our child will not face a crippled economy around the globe. If you have noticed that even after raising the interest rates so many times RBI finds it difficult to control inflation due to their inability to curb the companies from distributing Credit cards and consumers from using them. Surely, the liquidity has been arrested but not the spending for there are methods devised in the system to overcome the hurdle of money.
Nostradamus
The seer in one of his quatrain predicted that gold and silver would start rising and the scrip and the bond will be wiped out. And with the way we are moving I don’t see in this predication going wrong as Gold and Silver hold a material value and is limited in the nature unlike the paper currency or bonds that have been ever increasing every time they start losing their value. So at time when even 10p was enough 10k isn’t.
Well we all know that it has always been about knowing our limit and work accordingly. I would only like to say that knowing the need is the purest approach we can have. If we rely on borrowing it will always come back and haunt us sooner or later. So closing my blog with what Einstein once said "Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe". Let’s wait and watch.

Being of the Third Kind

War and Peace
I woke up to the news of China executing the suspected people behind the recent bombing. I was left agog that without a concrete proof how can govt. order to execute someone when in other part of the world a criminal with all the reasons to be censured is still trying to get absolved. Anyway, I don’t want to go deep into what is justified. My focus would be on what I think of War and Peace (Trust me, I haven't read Tolstoy). I also don’t want you to go deep within your soul and get in war with your thought to get peace. I just thought it would be good to categorize those who are at War with themselves and don’t like to settle it down and others who make peace with them and seek company of others to share with.
Love or Hate
I feel that “hatred is too heavy too atomic to be distributed and love is too voluminous to get exhausted while sharing”. This blog of mine is devoted to those who like being hated and those who like being loved. I am sure the latter would find out time to read all what I have written as the other kind would be busy raising a cocoon around themselves. You might have noticed how our attitude changes when we are happy or sad. We can assume here that situation plays a vital part in deriving energy, other than Food and Light. In the same way the penchant to grow is derived by some through love and others derive it through hatred. Some set benchmarks to defeat those he hate or some like being involved with loved ones and work more efficiently in their company. There might be some in here who might feel anxious to work alone and there might be some who like being hated because they fear love.
There might be some other kinds as well but why focus on them when we have the most unique two kinds:
1. Those that like being loved and share happiness with their loved ones
2. Those who like being hated and don’t bother to give a thought what others think of them.
Why others like being hated
It is as inconceivable to me of someone you haven’t came across who likes being in cocoon as is with someone who is not jovial and easygoing. But have you ever tried to find the difference between the two. A very b'ful quote by Kurt Tucholsky a German satirist and poet describes "Those who hate most fervently must have once loved deeply; those who want to deny the world must have once embraced what they now set on fire.” and that is according to me very true. Some people in the early stage of their life where in they loved someone deeply must have lost them and started to get aloof from the social gathering and try not to get attached emotionally for the fear of losing someone again or being hurt. But eventually it’s the way you take life you would find few others who have been in the same situation but who embraced the world even more with a thought that "Life is short and happiness is true when shared with others".
Why some love and grow
For those who look at a glass half full. M K Gandhi said "Where there is love there is life." and those are the people who become alive in others company and make their surrounding alive with their love so has Henry Drummond an evangelist described that "To love abundantly is to live abundantly, and to love forever is to live forever." So wherever you see people cheerful and smiling without a doubt they would be the people who feed on the love of others and are being loved as they distribute the wisdom of love and happiness and that’s what give them the strength to grow.
Who is in emotional imbalance?
I don’t want to be judgmental about the 2nd kind as everyone has a path to follow and if someone around you is going through emotional turmoil and has reserved himself let it be for once he is out of his hibernation. He will be lot like you and even more positive in his approach as his war would end with Peace.
To sum it up there are more b’ful quotes on Love then those for hate. In the same way there is more life around then there is misery and that’s why the world is moving and so should we.

Big Bang Theory

Energy in physics is synonymous to the actions of a living being. The idea here is like physics without energy is as dormant as are human being without their actions. We all know how the universe has been expanding even as we work and how the universe started to expand cause of the high energy it gained and suddenly with a big bang and has been continuing ever since. When I measured this with the amount of dedication and hard work a person puts in trying to succeed without thoughts of failure and finally gets successful in his area of interest, I was forced to write on this topic on the parallelism of energy and actions.
If you have been good at physics, you might know how the dissipation of energy impacts the set action to change and unfortunately, this is applicable in the actions the human being takes. For example, had there been lesser energy that resulted in matter to push so far, it would have lost the energy in collision with one another.
Now the question is how much momentum one must get to launch oneself, such that he does not dissipate the energy gained over the constructive actions that were put in. Here, we must dig deep within ourselves and analyze if the energy gathered has been enough to keep us gain stability in our area of interest. If we analyze appropriately we would learn how our daily life has been making us to lose the amount of energy that is required to SUCCEED in our terms.
I have hardly come across a success story of a person who was about to be successful. As there is no mathematics involved to conclude final result looking at some pattern, for it is the physics that has been guiding our life for so many centuries. The person who keeps on acting irrespective of his surrounding and do not let it disturb his momentum is the one who has the last laugh. One quote close to my heart "It doesn't matter from where we start, but matters where we end" is in sync to what I want to convey here. Let go, all the feeling that impacts our actions and focus the energy in what is dearer to us and the big bang would be such that it would cause an outward disturbance rather than inside.
Those who are busy dissipating their energy on others and lose their focus might work out on energy gathered from the surrounding. But, that energy will hardly provide the required momentum to launch to stability, for there would be obvious collusion for the lesser energy distribution. The energy gained by contracting and then evolving would always be more than that of extract from the surrounding atmosphere. Hence, little help can one get in the long journey that life offers.
I have always been confused about what to write in the concluding lines for nothing can conclude a conversation, for so much is to be heard and written. What I wanted to convey is if you have decided to perform an action, let it not be affected by the inputs you get from others.

DNA of selfishness

As I write this blog sitting in the park that does not fall in my block (Rule: Other block residents are not allowed to enter there). I am left with a thought if, there is still anything I can enjoy without owning or paying for it. At the time when the gorkhas now have the right over their own motherland, I would like to point out how we are trapped in a dogma of enjoying only when we own something or allow others to use at their cost.
It all started by 2 men homosapien 1 and homosapien 2  involved in a discussion weather  one  wants some stones in return of some leaves to cover himself from the tree on which he stays. And that was it, homosapien 1 soon understood the advantage in making few stones for some leaves. In this way he had more time spending time on his tree. People would just come to him for leaves or stones and exchange them with what he demanded (or was made to demand by his wife). This way not only homosapien 1 was happy but it made others more happier for now they could spend more time on their work (collecting leaves or making tools) so with this time as they say “An empty brain is a devil’s shop” he began to find out more opportunities to own things which meant to be more valuable to him then others as thus started the age old bartering system. Often known as, price of an object to today’s generation.
Working in this fashion was becoming easier day by day as those who owned stuff gave  no second thought on exchanging (bartering) it and vice versa. This kept on going for ages until raw meat was substituted by fruits, trees by caves and animal skin followed leaves (And this was necessary too, as the herds that they grew were taking away their resources like leaves, trees and fruits.)
With the smartness that they possessed and the free time they had as the other proverb goes “With freedom comes creativity” the later generation kept on advancing with the invention of farming, wheels and not to forget fire and this gave them not just the new modes of exchanging but also allowed them to interact with their fellow men and spend time on leisure (and thus giving birth to what is now coined as entertainment tax or charges)
And this was just the beginning for what has been happening for the past few centuries is just a way homosapien 1 and 2 once found out.
I wonder how we might have thought of paying for water or air in the last century but this is an evitable truth now. For all the services you avail you need to pay for that your right has been just written off.
The way bartering system has evolved, it has changed how human being thinks, works and socializes. If, there wouldn’t have been work decided on a common consensus for us to avail we couldn’t have interacted across the globe or probably consumed products made in other countries. This is where bartering system has gone from 2 neighbors to the whole world (what we call as globalization).
But, when the choice is taken away from oneself and he has no option left but to get access to it paying for it then, it is always advisable to assess the frame of mind we work in and when no two individuals think in the same way and the more things we discover to be bartered the lesser choice we would be left with to really own.

How to become a superhero!!!

Sometimes life takes its toll and we move in a safe direction. Have you ever analyzed the lives of your favorite superhero (Spiderman, batman or superman)? Have you ever seen the contrasting life they spend and still they get stronger and stronger each time they are surrounded by dangerous situation? Why do they choose such a path and then keep on going on it no matter what may come. Have you ever thought why they are living a dual life when they can choose the better one and gain everything a normal human being can ask for alias money, power, status etc .Yet, how come they are hard enough to choose an ascetic life filled with misery.

I recently came across another character a guy called Francis from Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged and then, I compared all of them and came to just one conclusion. “Life is not the way you live but the way you act.” Life is an action done by a person to bring it alive. That action needless to say is nothing but your passion and only you decide your passion for yourself, nobody else. Your passion is your dream without expectation, dream has to be selfless irrespective of your want for money, power, status it’s something that will make you happy. If your dream is about getting rich than it’s not really your dream but it’s an extension of your actions. You can’t just get rich without putting something into action or you can’t get a life after being rich in that case.

The reality is its your action towards your dream that makes other things follow and to make it clearer, I would go back to from where I started and that is life of a superhero “Spiderman”. He is a normal guy in his real life, out of money, no personality and being bullied by others and a profession that he chooses just to earn and get basic needs. In another world, where he is alive and passionate about things that make him happy like, helping others. He has complete freedom of being a spider man where he can choose to be what he wants and no one bothers his decision.

If, you dig deep inside you would find you are living a life of a normal guy. These have been pressed upon you cause of various circumstances and cause of these situations and suggestions we have given up our chance of being a superhero, the choice that all have in our own terms. All we need to do is forget about what’s going around us and work on what makes us happy. Forget about money, power and other stuff and do what you love to do when you get free from routine work and that will make you feel alive and fresh.”A superhero of yourself”

Following a Follower

We come across motivation quotes insisting us to hold our self during times of tide. We are guided by great people who incite the fire within us to follow our dreams, to not give up our hope and aspiration (blah blah). But, have you ever noticed how the path we follow towards the dream is forgotten or rather we lose our path. Hence, the fascination towards following and different combinations we try in between our path to be and actual path made me write about whether we are following our dreams or some other follower.

In general we don’t follow our dreams. We follow ideas, follow suggestions, follow our ego, and follow path taken by others. Ideas are not hard to come by compared to their actions. We speak, criticize, comment and suggest. Neither do we lose our energy nor do we move an inch forward but still we do that. We follow the situation that demands us to be smart and be verbal. (Are we a critic?, have we acted upon that ? )  Certainly, not. We are just in a trap that demands us to show or verbosity just to get an edge over others. We follow suggestions (do this, do that) and we sometimes follow them and sometimes retaliate. (Are we lost? are we incapable of being decisive?). We at times follow our ego and that leads to us being all around. We try to be what we are not but just cause it satisfies us for a short period of time we lose our self and start following what is not meant to be our and doesn't belong to us. We often trace path followed by others drawing a line comparing others and making it a benchmark. Doing this we completely come off the track and get onto the path followed by him/her and hence, when we look back we might have traced a zigzag path. Either that results in us being lost or we feel incomplete. Most of the times we do this or at least I did that.

What we forget is that all this time we have been going farther and farther from our real self. You might have seen in movies how a protagonist after initial hesitation to adjust at a place turns into one of their kind. Adjustment is good but when it transforms your real self will only result in putting you miles from your destination. It’s good to follow others but not for deciding destination but to get going. May be your path is a bumpy ride but you have a confirmed ticket to your destination. On the contrary you might have a luxurious ride in between but does it guarantee your timely arrival? God knows. So hang on a righteous path however hard it may be keeps your destination intact.
If you look around you will find people have stopped going for what makes them happy but instead switch on to means that make them happy. Biggest of them all is money. I won’t go around money but only state that money will follow those who follow themselves. We never thought of money right from our childhood but once it’s in our hand in plenty we start following it. All we thought of our destinations but never money and sooner or later when it’s at our doorstep instead of being a host to it, we become its guest. So, it depends on money afterwards that for how long it wants to play a host. So, if you set your sight right and let go other distractions you would surely be followed by others. (There's no shortage of followers but guidance for sure).

So, before it gets too long I would like you to look back (money, skill, others) and look at present and look forward if your destination is intact well and good but if not, you still have all the time in the world to believe in yourself and be on your destined path at this moment.
Amen

Re-Incarnation

I have long been thinking of re-incarnation, right from my childhood days. I still wonder how this world (a playground or a movie) is connected or disconnected to our very own self. We try to get connected to this world through our actions (Our Karma, as Lord Krishna taught to Arjun) we flow in between different emotions at different phases of our life varying from being happy to being sad. We forget what once a great man said "Happiness follows sadness, like darkeness does to light and night to day"(rephrased). So should have worked on life being followerd by death. Though we certainly enjoy our happy days but its our bad days that make them enjoyable(just wonder how during my days of struggle, I get connected to my self and that bring the best out of me) and I start enjoying that period and it switches on to my happy days.

Anyways, lets not distract from our topic of finding a connection between life and death. As, I was not born with a silver spoon or my life isin't that freeflowing so I can sit back and think of my bad life (a collection of few bad years or thousands of bad days) and may be that would bring out best within me and I would soon get a good life isin't it.Atleast universal theory of (get going and learning from our mistakes to make oneself a better person) must be applied here. But, we have no past life to recall nor do we remember past mistakes. So what do we do now ??? Easy, we switch on to a movie. I am sure you must have connected to a protoganist in one way or the other in a movie, haven't you. Characters that made you cry, laugh etc etc.

So, what movie show we switch on to ? The real world movie comprising of hundereds of people we gaze everyday, few hundreds we interact to and tens that make us feel good or bad from time to time. Some have an inborn skill of being analytical and few being statistical.Being analytical is a simpler way of realizing our mistakes, we analyze people their nature, actions and how we bless or curse them.Emotions that run deep within us for others in a life time is equivalent to actions done on other for a days time. So, our emotions towards others might not have an immediate effect on others(weather we interact with them or not) but it would surely have a long lasting effect in his/her life to come.To make things simple I would say they keep on collecting, all good or bad.
So, a person who makes us feel good we bless him/her from within and so does people around us and that would keep on accumalating and will reap its fruits in the next life and vice versa. But, it applies not only on human but on everyone. A life is a life and eveything we do does get accounted to..So, killing a man and killing an ant may be different to you and me.But, certainly not for antkind. So, its not that a law abiding citizen would have a better life cause law is moulded to suit a particular generation.Other thing is we might argue that our actions are not to cause harm but thats the way we are supposed to be. I would take reference of a day's time to make this clear, suppose you cause harm to someone (kick a dog) the retaliation would follow. In a life time that would multiply and so would the retaliation(believe it or not). A murderer might be a murderer for you and me but who know his life was taken by those very people or was made to suffer in past life or a a rapist in last life (who was cursed by thousands) is a prostitute today and being done by those.
Statistically, one can collect data for the condition in which people pass (in hospital or other ways of misery) irrespective of being rich and people and compare it to those who smiled on their departure (list might be short but Teresa,Genuine Saints across the world ) might give you an idea.
All in all action have their results good or bad and no one escapes them. So, make your present shape you future no career wise or moeny wise  but also, in life to come.
Re-incarnation though couldn't be proved but surely can be felt by relating to a real life protoganist around us.We shape our life knowingly or unknowingly before we come to existence.
I would like to discuss more on this topic in days to come for this has been my savior and I wish it was proved statistically too.
Amen
